The name Odíhg Stozam is derived from the Tauric language, as Odíhg Stozam was founded by Tshèb Fards Fluell, who was culturaly Tauric.
Climate
Odíhg Stozam has a yearly average temperature of 29°C (84°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a hot 33°C (91°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 25°C (77°F). Odíhg Stozam receives an average of 198 cm/y (77 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the fall. Odíhg Stozam covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 3146 m (10321 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Odíhg Stozam was founded durring the late 15th century in winter of the year 1378, by Tshèb Fards Fluell. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Tshèb Fards Fluell.
Odíhg Stozam was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Odíhg Stozam is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.
Odíhg Stozam is buildings are located arround a single spacious packed earth mainstreet which forms a clockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town rests behind a thick wall made from clay bricks. The wall has all of the proper fortifications and is well made. Unfortuantly the nature of clay brick leaves it quite vulnerable to siege equipment, though the thickness of the wall lends it simmilar resistnace to a thinner hardrock wall. The town's millitarily questionable fortifications are visibly old, but also obviously maintained semi-regularly. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with ocasional mantance of the towns defences.
Odíhg Stozam seems to be abandoned at first. There are people present, working their trades and going about their business like any community, it’s just they are absurdly quiet. Just as you start to think there might be trouble, you see most of them are reading. The entire town feels like a library, with those not reading remaining quite to not disturb those who have their nose in a book. The longer you remain in Odíhg Stozam the more you start to wonder if you’ve entered some strange open-concept University rather than a town, but you can’t quite say such with certainty.
Civic Infrastructure
Odíhg Stozam has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Odíhg Stozam.

Cultural Notes
Odíhg Stozam is home to a distinct subculture, who are either the majority here or have the dominant positions in the community. Architecture, local laws, and social customs are all tuned to suit them, and they may not be particularly forgiving or friendly to the major culture of the region. Communities that are not outright independent usually make an arm's-length submission to a local lord.
Odíhg Stozam's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by vertical proportions, pointed arches, external buttressing, and asymmetry in the general shape of its buildings. The decorative features of the style were key, consisting of large arched windows, pointed arches, vaulted ceilings, flying buttresses, and sculptures integrated into the structure itself. Occasionally, for very important buildings, an array of sculptures or one colossal sculpture might replace the entirety of the entrance to said building.
In Odíhg Stozam hail is always enormous, yet harmlessly plinks off people, creatures, and structures.

Odíhg Stozam's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in summer and involves gestures to channel Enchantment energies of tier 2 via singing.

Rather than repairing them correctly, a series of new roads was laid atop the old, leading to the streets of modern Odíhg Stozam suffering from potholes, cracking, and even sinkholes. The locals often repair the road by putting down wooden decking.

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century, Odíhg Stozam was attacked by soldiers from another nation, with orders to raid Odíhg Stozam. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Odíhg Stozam lost 263 people, 175 livestock, and 50 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 173, when members of Odíhg Stozam's militia enacted an operation to secure a particular bridge to utilize it for a specific task. The operation was complicated by a natural disaster interrupted the operation, shattering unit cohesion. The conflict ended with pitched battle between both forces, which ended in defeat for Odíhg Stozam's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Odíhg Stozam's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
